Return and delivery policy
DAMAGES AND QUESTIONS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of arrival if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
Exchange requests may be considered, particularly for size issues (rings, ear cuffs, necklaces or bracelets).
To submit a request, please write statiquejewelry@gmail.com . If your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs to my studio in Montreal, or you can come in person by appointment.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be accepted.
