EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees. Exchange requests may be considered particularly for sizing issues (rings, ear cuffs, necklaces, or bracelets).

To submit a request, please email statiquejewelry@gmail.com. If your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs to my Montreal studio, or you may drop off the item in person by appointment.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds will be accepted.
